You will support the delivery of theRegional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP)program through research analysis monitoring reporting and high-impact project administration.

What youll do
- Provideproject and operational support includingmonitoring and reportingto keep the program on track
- Maintainaccurate data collectionandrecords management systemsin line with the agreed project methodology
- Deliversecretariat and administrative services including responding to urgent data requests and preparingcorrespondence briefings and reports
- Build and maintain strongstakeholder relationshipsthrough clear communication and effectiveissues management
- Conduct basic research to help developproject briefsandrecommendationsfor management decision-making
- Ensurefinance administration contract management and reportingare completed accurately and on time
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver tasks to agreed standards even withtight deadlines

- Reliable and detail-oriented including supporting finance administration and contract-related reporting to meet deliverables
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the DepartmentsAboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
