About the role.
What youll be doing.
- Growth Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute strategy for the accounts in line with the growth plans Value Volume GP & Market Share
- Lead the trade negotiations with the accounts to drive mutual profitable growth
- Devise the JBP with the accounts to drive win-win solutions as part of the growth plan
- Planning marketing calendar of Promotions & Activations and aligning the same with accounts
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong customer relationships to gather actionable insights enabling the development of strategic plans to drive category growth and gain market share
- Deepen account relationships to co-create innovative ways to attract more consumers to the frozen category explore to create in-store touch points to bring the frozen category closer to the shoppers
- Work closely with the customers & McCains marketing team to understand the latest trends in the food space and mutually launch NPDs to ensure continued excitement in the category
- Leverage customers omnichannel presence to boost category penetration devise strategies on platform to drive recruitment and expand reach.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Ensuring controls & financial hygiene: Collaborate closely with internal & Customers Commercial team to maintain a consistent cadence to financial processes reconciliations/NDCs to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Best in Class Customer Service Levels Partner with Supply chain to ensure accurate forecast maximize fill rates
- Strive to streamline internal processes and constantly seek to make them future ready
What youll need to be successful.
- Experience- 6-8 Years in FMCG Modern Trade
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data to extract meaningful business insights
- Strong in collaboration & people skills - Able to build trust & sustainable interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong business planning and presentation skills
- Able to work in a dynamic fast-moving market environment and inspire teams to deliver results
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert to business results
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and drive assigned tasks/goals to completion
Current Exposure in Account management of Reliance would be an added advantage
About the team.
- Youll be part of the Retail Sales team focused on driving growth in the Traditional Trade segment.
- The team structure includes Sales Executives TSIs Supervisors and Line Managers all working collaboratively to expand market presence.
- This role acts as a bridge between distributors clients and internal leadership ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.
- The team culture emphasizes accountability relationship management and commercial discipline with a strong focus on achieving business targets.
- Youll play a pivotal role in expanding the Food Service footprint while maintaining operational excellence.
