Job Summary

ITTF Iberian is an IT framework encompassing Projects and Systems supporting company functions with a strong focus on efficiency proximity agility and time-to-market. It is a global organizational model designed to address the Groups current and future transformation challenges by progressively adopting new technologies and best practices and by delivering the best value proposition to functional communities.

Main Responsibilities

Support the setup configuration and ongoing maintenance of RPA robots environments
Monitor escalate and follow up on RPA Production infrastructure incidents
Maintain and keep up to date a set of operational procedures supporting daily activities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation teams ensuring effective communication and adherence to established processes

Qualifications :

Experiência mínima de 3 anos em Application Support
Conhecimentos técnicos diversificados (experiência em automação/RPA será considerada uma mais-valia)
Conhecimento do setor bancário será valorizado

Competências Linguísticas

Inglês: nível avançado (leitura escrita e conversação) obrigatório
Francês: valorizado
