Regional Treasury Manager

Job Summary
- Supporting the structuring of financing needs developing good relations with the banks in the region
- Ensuring strong bank relations as well as securing MEA entities short/long term credit requests
- Working closely with the Legal & Compliance team to ensure that business processes and transactions comply with all relevant legal and internal guidelines
- Following up and adapting the regulation changes both locally and globally
- Leading the rolling annual treasury forecast of all entities covering credit facilities position external loans loans IC loans and fx exposure
- Propose new digital solutions to smooth out treasury banking and reporting processes in coordination with the group 3F (finance for future) program.
- Managing the trade finance operations activities as Letters of Credit; Guarantees; Bills/ TRs in collaboration with credit manager and finance department of all Group entities invoicing Middle East & Africa territory.
- Establish ties with market participants including international banks African financial institutions (trade finance intermediaries) corporates and commodity boards and organizations
- Effective management and consolidation of cash flow liquidity debt and foreign exchange positions in the region
- Development and enhancement of treasury reporting and analysis processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Banking or Finance from a recognized university or business school.
- Postgraduate degree in treasury banking or international finance
- 5-10 years of proven track record in a similar role with Region dynamics
- Fluent in English additional languages of Arabic or French is a plus
- Ability to communicate and operate in a culturally diverse environment
- Ability to adapt to a change-oriented setting
- Proven track record of meeting and winning the confidence of senior officials at regional financial institutions banks (including central banks) corporations and governments
- Entrepreneurial mindset strong sales and customer communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to persuade stakeholders
- Completed military service for male candidates.
