Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including resume screening interviews and background checks
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding by gathering feedback and coaching hiring managers
• Represent the company at recruitment events and build brand awareness through marketing and strategic partnerships
• Proactively explore new recruitment channels and sourcing methods to attract top talent
• Maintain strong internal relationships to anticipate hiring needs and continuously refine strategies
• Monitor recruitment performance stay current with industry trends and develop a talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and manage partnerships with schools and associations

Qualifications :

• 3 years progressive experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment
• Experience with high-volume recruitment
• Post-secondary degree diploma or certification in Human Resources Management or related field
• In office role (Bloor/Yonge Toronto)
