Role Summary:
We are hiring for a Senior AI Productivity Analyst Data Analytics role where the selected candidate will help measure and accelerate the impact of AI-powered tools across platform engineering and product this position you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate AI adoption uncover productivity insights and translate complex data into recommendations that influence product strategy operational efficiency and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product managers engineering leaders and cross-functional teams to define business questions success metrics and analytical approaches for AI tooling and platform productivity initiatives.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and platform outcomes providing regular insights into performance trends risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate how internal teams and customers use AI-enabled capabilities identify friction points and recommend opportunities to improve product experiences and strategic investments.
  • Build clear and impactful dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI Looker or similar platforms.
  • Apply statistical analysis experimentation forecasting and predictive modeling techniques to assess initiative impact and support data-driven prioritization.
  • Ensure data quality consistency and integrity through best practices in data collection transformation and analysis.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining trusted datasets and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with product engineering strategy and finance stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support the development of scalable measurement frameworks that help teams understand and maximize the value of AI-native and AI-augmented capabilities.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 8 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a related field preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code Cursor or similar platforms to extend productivity and automate analytical workflows.
  • Strong experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate data analysis and build lightweight systems or prototypes.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying transforming and analyzing large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis statistical modeling and automation.
  • Experience with data warehouse and ELT technologies including Airflow dbt and Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of scalable analytics data models semantic layers and governed datasets that enable trusted self-service reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods experimentation techniques forecasting and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working within a SaaS company or platform engineering organization.
  • Familiarity with AI adoption measurement productivity analytics and platform performance frameworks.
  • Exposure to product analytics and user behavior analysis for AI-enabled applications.
  • Understanding of Autodesks product ecosystem and its applications across industries.
  • Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
