Wereseeking a dynamic and results-orientedWalmartCustomer Operations Coordinatorthat will be based at our Rogers AR office. This role isacrucialteam member that will help drive communicationsto our internal team members and external partners. This role will also help elevate our toolscapabilitiesandinitiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Supportbusiness plans bycommunicatingeffectivelyacrossRetailDSDorganization.
- Execute monthly updatesto ourinternaltoolsthat enable our Retail DSD organization to execute priorities.
- Management of the service ticket processacross our Retail DSD network and external customer.
- Developperformancetrackersacross key initiatives andprovideexecutioncommentary to the Customer Business Team and to Retail DSD organization.
- Support the Director of Customer Operations onadhocrequests.

Job specific requirements:
- Previous experience in CPG sales/retail DSD preferred. Previous Walmart customer experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
Travel requirements: Limited (1-2 trips per year).
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $74300 to $102190; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
