Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure : Administer maintain and evolve diverse server infrastructures with a strong focus on RedHat;
• Automation : Develop and meticulously maintain scripts (Bash Python) and playbooks (Ansible) to automate deployment configuration and maintenance tasks;
• Security : Implement stringent security best practices proactively manage patching harden systems against threats and swiftly respond to security incidents;
• Performance : Monitor system performance using cutting-edge tools like Zabbix Grafana and Prometheus analyzing bottlenecks and strategically optimizing resources;
• Innovation : Actively participate in designing new architectures lead migration projects and implement new technologies such as containerization and cloud solutions;
• Problem Solving : Provide expert Level 3 support diagnosing and resolving complex issues and contributing to an on-call rotation;
• Technical Documentation : Maintain clear concise and up-to-date technical documentation of systems and procedures.

Qualifications :

Academic foundation & experience: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration within a demanding production environment.

Must-have

• Strong expertise in scripting (Bash Python) and automation/configuration management tools particularly Ansible;
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware) and containerization (Docker);
• Familiarity with web servers (Apache Nginx) and application servers (Tomcat);
• Proven experience with monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix ELK Stack Prometheus);
• Working knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP);
• Experience with databases (MySQL MariaDB);
• Fluency in both French and English.

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
