About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join a major Cyber Resilience Program within a leading financial institution in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes acting as the bridge between business stakeholders technical teams and external implementation partners.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in IAM/IGA projects access governance RBAC design and stakeholder management within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and optimization of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) workflows including:
    • Access Requests
    • Approval Processes
    • Provisioning & Deprovisioning
    • Access Recertification
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the IGA platform by:
    • Coordinating with internal IT teams business stakeholders and external integrators.
    • Identifying and resolving project blockers.
    • Testing and validating IAM processes and workflows.
    • Documenting business requirements processes and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain:
    • User guides and training materials.
    • Operational procedures for end users and approvers.
    • Process documentation and governance standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and improve user adoption.
  • Define and monitor IAM KPIs and dashboards including:
    • Access review completion rates
    • Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations
    • Orphaned accounts
    • Compliance metrics
  • Design and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IAM/IGA projects.
  • Strong experience with Identity Governance & Administration solutions.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements modelling processes and creating functional documentation.
  • Experience working in complex highly regulated environments.

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading IGA platform.
  • Experience within banking financial services or highly regulated sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance and access management best practices.
