The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
Mentor and coach Commercial Team
Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
About you:
10 years experience within a main contractor environment
Proven experience working in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building developments.
Additionally you will be proficient across contract management and have the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues
You will be self-motivated resilient and enjoy working in a close team environment.
