German-Speaking Account Executive SaaS Industry (Remote Spain)
Role Overview
Join an innovative SaaS company specializing in AI-powered search solutions for e-commerce. As a German-speaking Account Executive you will drive the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closinghelping global online stores boost conversions. This is a fully remote role after an initial onboarding period in Madrid.
Your Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle: Lead prospecting pitching negotiating and closing new business deals.
Strategic Growth: Develop tailored sales strategies and conduct market research to identify client needs.
Outbound Mastery: Independently generate new opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Product Demos: Prepare and present customized proposals and product demonstrations.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure long-term partnerships.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to optimize customer experience and delivery.
Requirements
Languages: Native/C2 German and B2 English.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (SaaS background preferred).
Skills: Strong negotiation active listening and outbound sales proficiency.
Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to Madrid for 24 weeks of initial onboarding.
Mindset: Results-driven proactive and comfortable working in a high-performance remote environment.
The Offer
Work Model:Fully remote from anywhere in Spain (after onboarding).
Compensation:30000 base salary 15000 OTE (uncapped commission).
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM 6 PM) with Friday afternoons off for a better work-life balance.
Onboarding Support: Travel to Madrid and accommodation costs fully covered.
