Job Summary

Generix Group is seeking a passionate collaborative and detail-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team and be responsable for selling our SaaS e-invoicing solutions this role you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities completing the sales process collaborating with other Generix Group teams (operations and marketing) and strengthening existing customer relationships for crosselling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies for assigned markets in collaboration with sales leadership and marketing teams
  • Manage an active full pipeline of sales prospects from initial communication to final commitment and continues to strengthen customer relationships after the initial sales.
  • Establish new accounts via prospecting and lead qualification contacting potential customers via phone email in-person and networking opportunities.
  • Determine the sales strategy for each account by identifying and articulating the added value for the customer.
  • Identify the key contacts (IT and business management) and create a strong relationship with all the decision-makers of the accounts.
  • Analyze and understand the business challenges of prospects and customers.
  • Present Generix solutions using appropriate customer-focused approaches and techniques.
  • Demonstrate solutions with the assistance of a pre-sales engineer
  • Elaborate RFP answers with leveraging Generix Group resources (PreSales Engineer Solutions Expert PMO and Marketing).
  • Prepare contracts and coordinate for all steps reviewing and getting approval of contracts.
  • Work with senior management to negotiate contracts and provide all follow-up.
  • Strengthen customer service and retention within complex customer environments.
  • Move opportunities consistently through each sales stage with detailed notes activities and accuracy; utilizes sales tools effectively (SalesForce).
  • Communicate report and forecast sales pipeline to leadership focus on individual team and company goal achievements. 
  • Regularly exchange with pre-sales team and product teams to keep abreast of new products and product developments.
  • Participate in customer steering committees with the support and operational teams.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences (physical & virtual).

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelors degree in business sales technology or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of software sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in SaaS IaaS or PaaS solutions
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office CRM software (Salesforce) and communication platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in customer engagement tracking and documentation
  • Strong consultative selling approach with proven ability to identify and articulate customer value propositions
  • Customer-focused results-oriented mindset with demonstrated integrity and professional excellence

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Direct experience selling e-invoicing or EDI solutions
  • Proficiency in French
  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and contract negotiation
  • Background in B2B enterprise software sales
