About the Role We are seeking an IT Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Singapore and the wider APAC region. This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients and prospects combining both technical understanding and commercial acumen to position relevant IT solutions.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities build a strong sales pipeline and deliver tailored solutions that align with client business and technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development by identifying and converting opportunities into revenue
Build manage and execute a strong sales pipeline across IT solutions and services
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business
Present and position suitable IT solutions to clients including preparation of proposals and commercial offers
Organize and support sales and marketing initiatives including campaigns and events
Gather market intelligence on customers competitors and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with client requirements
Experience Required
Education & Background
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or business development
Core Skills & Attributes
Proven track record in selling complex IT solutions (e.g. data centre infrastructure enterprise IT solutions or managed services)
Experience within System Integrator (SI) or Managed Services environments is preferred
Established network within SMB and mid-market enterprises in Singapore is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
