We are hiring Danish-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international tech and search engine support project in Lisbon.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical customer support to Danish-speaking users
- Troubleshoot product service and platform-related issues
- Assist customers via phone email or chat in a professional manner
- Deliver clear and effective solutions in both Danish and English
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Work closely with team members to ensure high service quality
- Follow established procedures while adapting to dynamic customer needs
