About the Role
Join an international customer service project supporting a well-established global e-commerce platform specialized in refurbished electronic devices.
You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team helping customers across Europe with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth reliable and high-quality shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat
- Assist customers with orders deliveries returns and product-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1C2)
- Good English level (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must already be living in Braga (mandatory)
- Valid work authorization for Portugal required (no visa or sponsorship provided)
Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
- 2 days off per week communicated in advance
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1010 (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity bonus: 140 (paid over 11 months)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
- Braga allowance: 20 per year
- Private health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
