About the Role
Join an international customer service project supporting a well-established global e-commerce platform specialized in refurbished electronic devices.
You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team helping customers across Europe with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth reliable and high-quality shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat
Assist customers with orders deliveries returns and product-related questions
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
Requirements
Fluent German (C1C2)
Good English level (B2 minimum)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must already be living in Braga (mandatory)
Valid work authorization for Portugal required (no visa or sponsorship provided)
Working Schedule
Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
2 days off per week communicated in advance
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 1010 (paid over 14 months)
Complexity bonus: 140 (paid over 11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
Braga allowance: 20 per year
Private health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
Free health insurance after 6 months of contract
