Are you a Dutch speaker looking to trade the rain for the sun We are looking for tech-savvy communicators to join our international team in Portugal! You will be the first point of contact for users of one of the worlds leading search engines helping them navigate tools optimize their experience and solve technical queries.
The Role
- Support: Assist Dutch-speaking users via phone email and chat with inquiries regarding search tools and account settings.
- Troubleshoot: Guide customers through technical steps to resolve issues with precision and empathy.
- Improve: Provide feedback to the tech team to help refine search engine features and user interface.
- Document: Maintain accurate records of user interactions in the CRM system.

- Salary:Gross monthly (depending on experience and project).
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time).

Requirements
- Native or Near-Native Dutch: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online tools search algorithms and basic troubleshooting.
