You will be the first point of contact for users of one of the worlds leading search engines helping them navigate tools optimize their experience and solve technical queries.

The Role

• Support: Assist Dutch-speaking users via phone email and chat with inquiries regarding search tools and account settings.
• Troubleshoot: Guide customers through technical steps to resolve issues with precision and empathy.
• Improve: Provide feedback to the tech team to help refine search engine features and user interface.
• Document: Maintain accurate records of user interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native Dutch: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
• English Proficiency: At least B2 level to navigate internal systems and training.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online tools search algorithms and basic troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: A problem-solver with a positive customer-first attitude.
