Role Overview

Join a global customer experience leader in Lisbon supporting a fast-growing subscription-based this dual-focus role you will manage account inquiries and proactively engage with inactive customers to encourage reactivation ensuring a high-quality journey for Danish users.

Your Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via outbound calls email and chat.
• Customer Reactivation: Reach out to former or inactive subscribers to understand their needs and win them back.
• Subscription Management: Assist with plan changes delivery updates and general account maintenance.
• Problem Solving: Identify customer concerns and offer tailored solutions to improve their experience.
• Retention: Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent Danish (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Skills: Strong persuasion and communication skills especially for outbound calls.
• Mindset: Customer-focused adaptable and comfortable working toward performance targets.
• Experience: Previous contact center sales or support experience is an advantage.
