Customer Service Representative Danish Speaker Barcelona (Remote)
Location: Barcelona Spain (Remote possible must be based locally)
Work Model: Hybrid / Remote (within Barcelona area)

About the Role
Join an international customer service project within the industrial automation and engineering technology sector supporting a global leader in advanced technical solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and maintaining excellent service standards in a professional B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information support and solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain proper documentation of all interactions
Requirements
- Danish: C2 (fluent/native)
- English: good working level
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and service-minded profile
- Based in Barcelona or able to relocate independently within the area
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 18:00 (39h/week)
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 22000 gross/year
- Performance bonus: up to 4000 gross/year
