About the Role
Join an international technical support project within a leading digital search engine environment in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide technical customer support to Danish-speaking users helping them resolve product and service-related issues while ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. You will be part of a dynamic fast-paced and international team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support via phone email and chat
Assist users with product service and account-related inquiries
Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and user experience
Requirements
Danish: C1C2 (fluent/native)
English: B2 minimum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping customers and problem-solving
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Open to feedback and continuous learning
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday
08:00 17:00
Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 1500 (paid over 14 months)
Attendance bonus: 120 (paid over 11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
Free health insurance after 6 months of contract
International and multicultural working environment
Relocation Package (from outside Portugal)
Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details shared during interview)
Full relocation support upon arrival
