Senior Software Consultant React

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in React and Angular.
• Expert-level expertise in TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6).
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining component libraries and design systems to ensure UI consistency and scalability.
• Strong understanding of state management libraries such as Redux RxJS or similar tools.
• Familiarity with the latest Angular features including Signals Defer Blocks and Standalone Components along with the ability to articulate their advantages over legacy patterns.
• Experience in implementing micro frontends including handling parcel props and shared state management.
• Proven experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks ensuring fast smooth and scalable applications.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest React Testing Library or Karma/Jasmine.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing and cross-browser automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in agile cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into reusable UI components or design systems aligned with best practices.
• Strong commitment to clean code principles accessibility standards (WCAG) and CI/CD integration for front-end workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex front-end features ensuring scalability security and maintainability.
• Take ownership of front-end code quality by enforcing best practices including CI/CD integration code reviews and secure coding standards.
• Drive code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture discussions.
• Collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical direction aligns with business objectives.
• Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Adopt a consulting mindset by translating technical requirements into business solutions and proposing scalable efficient approaches.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.
• Support the development and enhancement of team processes and workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance technical expertise.
