Job Summary
Devsinc is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across digital and offline platforms. This role requires strong conceptual thinking hands-on design execution and the ability to collaborate closely with marketing product and leadership teams to deliver high-impact visuals that align with Devsincs global brand.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of brand-aligned visual assets across digital social media web presentations case studies white papers pitch decks campaigns and print.
Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and design solutions.
Maintain and evolve Devsincs brand identity ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing demand generation content and product teams on campaigns and initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with design trends tools and best practices to keep Devsincs visuals modern and competitive.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field.
3 years of professional experience in graphic design preferably within a tech agency or SaaS environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding digital design and marketing-focused creative work.
Experience working with global brands or multi-region marketing teams is a plus.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); experience with AI tools is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of branding typography layout color theory and visual hierarchy.
Ability to conceptualize and execute designs for both digital and print media.
Experience designing for social media marketing campaigns case studies white papers pitch decks and web assets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail with a high standard for design quality.
Ability to take ownership give and receive feedback constructively and work independently.
