We are looking for a creative proactive and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team for a long-term opportunity. If youre passionate about digital marketing content creation and brand growth wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop plan and execute a monthly social media content strategy
- Manage and handle multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
- Create engaging content ideas captions reels and campaigns
- Guide and coordinate with junior graphic designers to ensure visuals align with campaign goals
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok etc.)
- Manage inbox comments and emails with professional communication
- Plan run and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Conduct trend analysis competitor research and identify growth opportunities
- Adapt responsibilities based on project and client requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and understanding of marketing principles
- Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
- Ability to generate original content ideas independently (not fully reliant on AI tools)
- Must be available for full-time work
- Flexibility to be available after working hours when required for client meetings
