Salary Package:$450 - $500 per day Super (Temp to Perm - 3 months initial contract)

A key opportunity exists for an experienced Master Data professional to join a high-performing finance function within a leading FMCG organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of core business data across multiple enterprise systems supporting commercial decision-making and operational efficiency.

This position offers exposure to a complex fast-moving environment where data governance and system accuracy are essential to business performance. It is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement across finance sales product and supply chain functions with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Role Overview

Reporting into the Finance leadership team this Master Data Analyst will be responsible for the creation maintenance and ongoing governance of key master data sets including customers vendors products and pricing. On a daily basis the role will manage data requests updates approvals workflows and system integrity across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other integrated tools. Weekly responsibilities include liaising with key business units to resolve data issues supporting system enhancements and ensuring data quality standards are upheld.

On a broader level the role will contribute to continuous improvement of data processes supporting better reporting compliance and operational decision-making. This position plays a key role in ensuring master data is accurate reliable and aligned with business requirements across all functions.

Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end master data creation updates and maintenance across ERP systems
* Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
* Coordinate data onboarding processes including templates approvals and system uploads
* Partner with business stakeholders to improve data governance and lifecycle management
* Identify and resolve data quality issues recommending process improvements where required
* Produce and maintain reports on product pricing BOM customer and vendor data
* Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate data extraction and reporting
* Review and deactivate obsolete or duplicate master data records
* Work closely with Product Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment of data inputs
* Support ongoing system improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years experience in a Master Data Data Management Procurement or Sales Support role within a structured business environment. Strong ERP system exposure is essential with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded. A background within FMCG Consumer Goods or Logistics will be highly advantageous given the pace and complexity of the environment.

They will be highly proficient in Excel including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP and PivotTables and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This individual will be confident engaging with stakeholders across multiple functions and will be comfortable working within data governance frameworks while driving accuracy and continuous improvement.
