| KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE |
| As the Master Data Analyst you will be responsible for the maintenance and creation of customer vendor product and bill of material master data across multiple platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Paperless and Promax. This will involve liaising with all parts of the business upholding procedures ensuring the accuracy of data and providing reports on the outputs. |
| ROLE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Provide administrative and technical support in the maintenance of Master Data Management such as
- Updating master data and ensuring data integrity and efficiency in D365FO
- Manage the process of adding new data from template creation to approvals and finally to data entry.

- Ability to recommend data changes and processes changes to Business Data Owners to align to best practice. Such as helping to resolve data quality problems process control and improvement.

- Actively engage with and build strong business relationships within the business.

- Report on system data.
- Provide reports to the business on new products bill of material changes and pricing updates.
- Review customer and vendor data to identify old data that should be deactivated.
- Help with data extraction for audit and compliance purposes

- Ensure all master data and pricing requests are processed in a timely manner
- Support ongoing maintenance activities and data integrity

| QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE |
- 3-5 years experience in a Master Data Analytical related and/or Procurement / Sales role
- Minimum of 2 years experience with ERP environments
|
| FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES |
- Experience in managing master data
- Solid knowledge of Data Governance Data Management and Data Lifecycle Process
- Knowledge of ERP Master Data Management Governance and Workflow Tools
- Strong Excel and reporting skill (xlookup pivot tables etc.)
- Strong communications skills - verbally and written with the ability to synthesis Data Governance standards processes and procedures.
- Business analysis and project scoping experience
- Experience with D365FO Promax Paperless and Atlas preferred
