Nursery Practitioner
30100 per annum Full-Time 40 hours per week Ofsted Rating - Good
Light bright and designed with learning at its core - our clients Good Ofsted-rated nursery is a setting where the environment does as much teaching as the practitioners. Indoors airy and welcoming spaces invite children to explore and create while outside a thoughtfully designed garden encourages children to discover investigate and connect with the world around them in the most natural way possible.
They are now looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team and play a hands-on role in every childs early years journey.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based early years practice
- Warm nurturing and passionate about making a real difference every day
- Reliable positive and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Encouraging and supporting children to make the most of the nurserys educationally designed outdoor garden
- Planning and implementing engaging developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Observing and documenting childrens progress sharing updates meaningfully with families
- Building secure nurturing relationships with children parents and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe stimulating and happy environment at all times
