We are collaborating with outstanding community-driven nurseries right across Charlton and the neighbouring areas and we are seeking vibrant dedicated Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to enhance our supply team.

A genuine passion for childcare steadfast reliability and a readiness to get involved are the cornerstones of our team. We are actively hiring through two distinct routes:

1. The Qualified Educators (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE NVQ NNEB Level 3 Early Years Educator).
  

• (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).
  

2. The Experienced Unqualified Enthusiasts:

• You may not possess a formal early years certificate but your hands-on experience and natural affinity for childcare shine through! If you have recent verifiable professional experience working in a nursery and are eager to make an impact we welcome your application.

• The Safety Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable. If you do not hold one you must be fully prepared to undertake the training to ensure our environments remain safe for every child.
