Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the express service department
- Manage and train express service advisors
- Ensure quick efficient and high-quality service for all customers
- Maintain workflow to meet productivity and revenue goals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Monitor inventory supplies and equipment needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Clearly explain recommended services timelines and costs
- Create and manage repair orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
- Valid drivers license
