What Youll Do
Welcome customers with a friendly professional attitude and create a positive shopping experience
Respond to customer inquiries in person over the phone and through email in a timely manner
Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide recommendations for specialty and specification-based items
Process purchases prepare quotes and manage custom and special-order requests accurately
Accept customer payments while operating the point-of-sale system cash register and internal inventory software
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory transfers from our secondary location whenever necessary
Keep customers informed by providing timely updates on the status of their orders and expected delivery dates
Maintain a clean organized sales floor by restocking shelves arranging merchandise and ensuring inventory is properly stored
Support daily store operations by helping maintain accurate inventory records and contributing to overall team efficiency
What Were Looking For
Prior experience in retail sales inside sales or a similar customer-facing role within a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships through one-on-one interactions
Friendly enthusiastic dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new software inventory systems and point-of-sale applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in person by phone and through email
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
