Job Summary

Customer Service/ Inside Sales Associate

Schedule

Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Work schedule offers flexibility; however candidates must be available to work a half-day on some Saturdays as part of your schedule.

What Youll Do

  • Welcome customers with a friendly professional attitude and create a positive shopping experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries in person over the phone and through email in a timely manner

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide recommendations for specialty and specification-based items

  • Process purchases prepare quotes and manage custom and special-order requests accurately

  • Accept customer payments while operating the point-of-sale system cash register and internal inventory software

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory transfers from our secondary location whenever necessary

  • Keep customers informed by providing timely updates on the status of their orders and expected delivery dates

  • Maintain a clean organized sales floor by restocking shelves arranging merchandise and ensuring inventory is properly stored

  • Support daily store operations by helping maintain accurate inventory records and contributing to overall team efficiency

What Were Looking For

  • Prior experience in retail sales inside sales or a similar customer-facing role within a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships through one-on-one interactions

  • Friendly enthusiastic dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new software inventory systems and point-of-sale applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in person by phone and through email

  • Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
