Our TSRs are an important component of our membership program helping to foster relationships with our donors and encourage giving in support of our mission. Making outbound calls and communicating with donors and prospective donors in a positive engaging and enthusiastic manner our TSRs renew memberships and solicit and secure financial gifts and pledges. Additional duties include making phone calls for customer service surveys and stewardship providing excellent customer service and accurately recording data in software systems.
The successful candidate is excited to talk to people works well both in a team environment and independently and demonstrates a commitment to the mission-driven values of public broadcasting.
Job Requirements: Strong and clear verbal communication telephone and computer skills data entry experience; call center experience or outbound phone experience preferred. Knowledge of public broadcasting and Maine Publics mission statement preferred.
Part-Time Schedule - 16 Hours Weekly
Shifts available weekdays 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and weekends 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Opportunity to work from home with additional scheduling flexibility
after completing a training and performance period.
Starting rate is $17.25 per hour PLUS opportunity to earn commissions.
