General Responsibilities

• To provide excellent efficient and high-quality service to customer at all times
• Responsible for daily business learning and follow-up to ensure compliance with regional guidelines and company policies and procedures

Detailed Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit shipping documents including booking confirmations insurance policies certificates of origin battery safety declarations and shipping instructions in compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Calculate verify and process freight charges attaching supporting documents and reconciling discrepancies to ensure timely settlement.
• Coordinate to obtain accurate VGM data submit declarations via authorized platforms within deadlines and resolve submission errors to avoid shipment delays.
• Book ground transportation based on cargo specifications track shipment status in real time and address disruptions to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Upload and organize key shipment documents into the clients system maintaining proper categorization and generate periodic operational reports for process optimization.
• Take up additional tasks as assigned back up for other team members when necessary

Job Requirements

• College degree or above major in logistics industry is preferred
• Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
• Honest reliable and responsible. positive attitude under high pressure problem solver
• Skillful of PC & Internet Good command of Mandarin and English
• Software Skills: PPT Excel Word
