Global Sales Operations Coordinator

• Trade Marketing North American -Temp Help
• Support US/Canada Specialty Account
• Support Brand and Cardinal sample requests
• Account back up support
• Trade Marketing International-Temp Help
• Responsible for updating International Sample Request form for 3rd Party Distributors
• Responsible for International sample summaries
• Work with the planning team for approval on certain items when needing to ship US or Canadian Stock if not available from China or European warehouse
• Produce Commercial Invoices for shipments
• Responsible for coordinating European and Cardinal Samples from the European and Hong Kong warehouse
• Responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of shipments from the
• Toronto office to ship to customers
• Digital Asset management support
• Request samples early in the development process to be photographed for international needs.
• Toy Fair travel support required as needed
