The Role
A member of our global Hub team theProject Accountant plays a critical role inmaintainingand improving the financial performance of ASPECTs studios and projects.

This is ahands-on commercially focused role supporting multiple studios and complex projects willbe responsible forforecasting billing invoicing cash collection support and compliance with ASPECTs internal management systems financial protocols and external accounting standards.

As we collaborate with teams across five global regions our team works flexibly to accommodate different time zones when necessary. ASPECT recognises the importance of sustainable hours and a healthy work-life balance so flexibility is a key feature of the way ourHubteam works.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to the following:

• Preparingtimelyandaccurateclient invoices in line with agreed project terms and governance requirements
• Processingsub consultants contractor and supplier invoices withappropriate supportingdocumentation
• Supporting consistent and compliant billing practices across studios
• Monitoring project financial healthidentifyingunderperforming projects and supporting escalation and corrective action planning with Studio leadership
• Contributing to regular financial reporting and forecasting to supportdecision makingby Studio Directors Studio Managers and Group Finance
• Supporting accounts receivable management including collection forecasting andassistingwithtimelycash collection
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial standards IMS processes timesheet requirements company policies and organisational values

About You
You will be degree qualified in Accounting Finance or a related discipline withdemonstratedexperience in project accounting within professional services construction engineering architecture urban design landscape architecture or similar environments.

You will bring:

• Proven experience supporting complex projects across billing forecasting WIP and financial reporting
• Strong working knowledge ofsub consultancyagreements expense management resourcing and project billing
• A high levelof attention to detail and strong compliance and risk awareness
• Advancedproficiencyin Excel (essential) and experience working with financial and project management systems (essential)

This is a permanentfull-timerole though parttime arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
