Job Summary

Job Description:

Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Convert business needs into functional specifications user stories and process flows.
Work closely with development QA and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
Manage sprint planning backlog grooming stand-ups and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environment.
Use JIRA for requirement tracking sprint management issue resolution and reporting.
Support AI/Automation projects by identifying use cases and translating requirements into workable solutions.
Perform gap analysis process improvement and recommend system enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct UAT support and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
