Job Title

Enterprise Engineer Cloud and Container Protection

Role Overview
The Enterprise Engineer Cloud and Container Protection will be responsible for designing operating and continuously improving cloud-native security controls across large-scale enterprise cloud environments. This role focuses on CNAPP platforms cloud security operations container and Kubernetes security and risk based security governance supporting critical business workloads across AWS Azure and GCP.
The role requires strong collaboration with cloud engineering DevOps SOC risk and audit teams to ensure security controls are embedded measurable and compliant with enterprise and regulatory expectations.


Primary Skills (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience with CNAPP tools: Wiz CrowdStrike Microsoft Defender for Cloud (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of cloud security operations across AWS and GCP (Azure exposure desirable).
Experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
Detection engineering and alert tuning for cloud and container security.
SIEM integration and security telemetry onboarding.
Strong understanding of risk-based security governance in enterprise environments.


Secondary / Desirable Skills

Exposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security integration.
Experience supporting audit and regulatory requirements (financial services preferred).
Knowledge of enterprise cloud programmes large-scale migrations or platform modernisation initiatives.
Familiarity with cloud security standards and frameworks (e.g. CIS NIST ISO 27001).


Experience & Qualifications

6 10 years of experience in cloud security infrastructure security or security engineering roles.
Proven experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder management and cross team collaboration skills.
Relevant cloud or security certifications are desirable (AWS/GCP Security Kubernetes Microsoft Security).

Ability to communicate technical risks clearly to non technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in fast paced multi cloud enterprise environments.
