Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Ivalua E2 modules such as Sourcing Supplier Management Contract Management and Procure-to-Pay.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure workflows forms and business rules within the Ivalua platform.
Assist in system integrations with ERP platforms (SAP Oracle etc.).
Perform testing (unit system and UAT) and support defect resolution.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Ivalua E2 experience.
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
Experience in configuration and deployment of Ivalua modules.
Basic knowledge of integrations (APIs/web services).
Good analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Ivalua certification is a plus.
