Job Summary
Monitor daily transport operations via ETMS tool.
Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle deployment and
issue resolution
Track trip schedules delays and route adherence
Act as first point of contact for employee transport queries and
complaints.
Manage escort rosters for night shift operations.
Prepare daily MIS reports and support invoice validation
