Job Summary

Post-Production Head

In-charge for Post-Production activities of Iron and Steel Foundry with capacity 1000 MT per month.
Process knowledge of Furan sand system Moulding / Core making Melting Heat treatment and Fettling of Steel castings is essential.
Required to Interact with Quality Plant Engineering Machine shop Business Development and NPD
Responsible for monitoring WIP in Foundry and Machining Vendors
To Implement disposition decisions on nonconforming products
To Identify the actual cause of nonconformities reported
Maintaining safe and clean environment in Postproduction area
Implementing and monitoring of Department Objectives

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical

Experience: Around 20 years (Experience in Steel Foundry is essential)
