Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage the

end-to-end supply chain and logistics. The ideal candidate will coordinate

procurement oversee inbound logistics of different parts manage warehouse

operations ensure smooth assembly line support and handle last-mile delivery to

customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Logistics & Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure smooth import/export operations and timely customs clearance (where applicable). Oversee end-to-end EXIM processes including documentation.
• Shipment planning and coordination with freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHA).
• Optimize transportation routes and negotiate rates with freight carriers.
• Monitor and track international shipments ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and resolving delays proactively.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking using ERP/WMS systems.
• Conduct stock audits and work with procurement teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

3. Assembly Line Logistics Support

• Ensure just-in-time (JIT) delivery of parts to the assembly line to avoid production delays.
• Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to align logistics with manufacturing schedules.
• Manage reverse logistics for defective or returned parts/products.

4. Order Fulfilment & Last-Mile Delivery

• Plan and execute B2C shipping strategies for direct customer deliveries.
• Ensure timely processing dispatch and delivery of orders while coordinating with internal teams (sales operations customer support) to ensure cost- effective and timely deliveries.

5. Logistics Performance & Compliance

• Track KPIs such as delivery time cost efficiency and order accuracy.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze logistics costs and implement strategies to reduce transportation warehousing and operational expenses.

6. Data Tracking & Reporting

Track KPIs such as delivery timelines order accuracy inventory turnover and logistics costs; generate reports for decision-making
