We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team in Indore and Baroda. This role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between advanced building technologies and industrial operational requirements.

Reporting To: Business Development Director
Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: B.E./ in ECE EEE or IT
What You Will Do
As a Sales & Marketing Engineer you will drive business growth within the industrial and manufacturing sectors by positioning integrated solutions:
Solution Selling: Design and sell end-to-end solutions including Industrial CCTV Access Control Fire Alarms Structured Cabling (Fiber/Cat6) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Business Development: Manage the full B2B sales lifecycle—from lead generation and site surveys to technical proposals and final closure.
Strategic Growth: Map industrial clusters manage key accounts and participate in GeM tenders and PSU opportunities.
Technical Pre-Sales: Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed BOQs and techno-commercial presentations.
Who You Are
Technical Expert: You possess strong knowledge of ELV systems IP networking and industrial automation.
Growth-Minded: You have a proven track record in industrial or project-based sales environments.
Communicator: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for clients.
Collaborator: You are comfortable coordinating with OEMs system integrators and internal engineering teams.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: 2.4 LPA 3.6 LPA
Allowances: Travel conveyance and mobile allowance
