Project Head

Job Title: Project Head (equivalent to AVP/VP Projects)
Exp: 18-30 Yrs
Location : Kolkata

Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects while managing high-performing cross-functional teams ensuring delivery within timeline cost and quality benchmarks.

Note :
Not suitable for non-technical or non-execution roles.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead complete project lifecycle from planning execution to final handover
Drive and manage large teams across Engineering QA/QC MEP Safety Planning and Contractors
Develop and monitor project schedules milestones and resource plans
Ensure strict control on budgeting costing billing and cash flow management
Oversee site execution ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Manage contract administration tendering and vendor negotiations
Drive procurement planning and timely material availability
Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Lead stakeholder coordination (clients consultants internal leadership)
Ensure efficient deployment of manpower machinery and materials
Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
Review and approve MIS progress reports and project dashboards
Ensure handover readiness snag closure and client satisfaction
Bring in process improvements and system-driven project management practices

Key Requirements
BE/ in Civil Engineering
18–30 years experience in construction/project management
Proven experience in leading large teams and executing high-value projects
Strong expertise in execution costing contracts and planning
