Welcome to the Team

We are looking for a Sales Controller to join our team in Athens supporting the Sales organization through strong reporting analysis and business insights.

Reporting directly to the CCO & Sales Greece you will work closely with Sales Finance Supply Chain Purchasing Production Technical teams and Internal this crossfunctional role you will help ensure transparency accuracy and performance monitoring across all sales verticals supporting informed decisionmaking and business growth.

Getting a Flying Start

As Sales Controller you play a key role in strengthening commercial performance by providing accurate timely and actionable sales insights. By monitoring sales performance forecasting and key KPIs you enable early identification of deviations and support proactive decisionmaking.

Through close collaboration with Sales and other functions you contribute to effective sales planning pricing decisions and stock optimization. Your analyses help align commercial objectives with operational and financial realities supporting profitability customer performance and overall business efficiency.

How You Make an Impact

  • Monitor daily sales performance forecasted landing and provide early alerts when deviations occur
  • Prepare and manage sales reporting dashboards and presentations ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Coordinate sales budget and forecasting processes following up on variances with the Sales team
  • Collect and consolidate forecast inputs from field sales and logistics
  • Prepare sales data and actively contribute to S&OP meetings supporting stock optimization in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Perform customer performance analyses (Platinum & Gold customers) covering sales industrial and financial aspects
  • Contribute to pricing strategy including supplier and company price list analysis
  • Monitor and analyze price evolution with particular focus on copper fluctuations
  • Analyze market trends across segments and verticals to support forecasts and decisionmaking
  • Support Customer Service with relevant sales data and insights
  • Contribute to internal and external audit reviews
  • Act as a key user for sales applications and BI tools supporting their implementation and continuous improvement

Your Starting Points

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales controlling finance or business analysis roles
  • Strong background in financial analysis reporting and performance monitoring
  • Solid experience with ERP systems BI tools and data dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain commercial results (price variances margin analysis KPIs)
  • Comfortable working in a crossfunctional matrix environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Teamoriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Fluent in English and Greek
