Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. Were looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to join our ever evolving Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

In Greece we conduct businessthrough our joint venture with the National Bank of Greece NBG Pay. NBG Pay provides merchant acquiring services to small medium large and corporate merchants across Greece. Services include the authorisation clearing and settlement of credit debit and prepaid card transactions between cardholders and merchants.

What youll own

• Collect clean and analyze sales data from internal systems (CRM ERP Excel etc.)

• Build and maintain regular reports (daily weekly monthly sales performance)

• Track KPIs such as revenue conversion rates pipeline health and sales cycles

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes

• Identify trends gaps and opportunities in sales performance

• Assist in pricing analysis promotions and campaign tracking

• Work closely with sales marketing and finance teams

• Maintain dashboards (e.g. Power Bl)

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

• Other tasks assigned by the Manager

What youll bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Statistics or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis business analysis or similar role

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and verbally)

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables formulas)

• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

Its a bonus if you have

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Understanding of sales funnels and commercial metrics

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams

• Critical thinking doesnt just report numbers explains them
