Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with sterile processing experience to ensure instrument cleanliness proper assembly and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform decontamination cleaning inspection assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments
- Follow ANSI/AAMI standards IFUs SOPs and internal procedures
- Inspect instruments for defects and ensure accurate tray assembly and packaging
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves washer disinfectors)
- Document sterilization cycles track instruments and report issues
- Manage inventory and maintain organized compliant work areas
- Support team communication workflow improvements and ongoing training
Qualifications
- 2 years of sterile processing experience
- CRCST or CIS certification required
- Knowledge of sterilization infection control and surgical instruments
- Experience with sterilization equipment and tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
