Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with sterile processing experience to ensure instrument cleanliness proper assembly and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform decontamination cleaning inspection assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments
Follow ANSI/AAMI standards IFUs SOPs and internal procedures
Inspect instruments for defects and ensure accurate tray assembly and packaging
Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves washer disinfectors)
Document sterilization cycles track instruments and report issues
Manage inventory and maintain organized compliant work areas
Support team communication workflow improvements and ongoing training
Qualifications
2 years of sterile processing experience
CRCST or CIS certification required
Knowledge of sterilization infection control and surgical instruments
Experience with sterilization equipment and tracking systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
