What this role is all about

As a Regional Finance Specialist you will manage accounting tax and payroll activities for multiple entities ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group standards. This role combines hands-on financial operations with regional ownership working closely with global finance teams to ensure accuracy compliance and timely reporting.

What youll do

• Oversee tax compliance including corporate tax VAT and withholding taxes
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with local and Group GAAP
• Monitor analyze and reconcile financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls
• Review payroll processing ensuring accuracy and alignment with labor and accounting requirements
• Act as a key contact for SSC Invoicing and Collections teams
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Stay up to date on tax and accounting changes and advise management accordingly
• Support the direct manager in the smooth execution of financial operations

What makes you a strong fit

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
• 4 years of experience in accounting and tax within a multinational environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and with global stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement

Nice-to-have qualifications

• CPA CA or equivalent professional certification
• Postgraduate studies in Finance Taxation or Business Administration
• Portuguese Spanish or other regional languages

Language requirements

• Fluent English (required for global collaboration)
