What this role is all about

As a Regional Finance Specialist (Treasury & Accounting) you will own key financial operations across multiple Latin American entities. This hybrid role combines treasury management accounting tax compliance and payroll oversight ensuring strong cash flow control regulatory compliance and alignment with Group standards. You will act as a trusted finance partner for the region working closely with local teams Shared Services Centers and global stakeholders.

What youll do

• Manage regional cash flow banking relationships and treasury operations
• Oversee bank accounts credit cards payment solutions and banking mandates
• Ensure tax compliance financial reporting and payroll processing according to local regulations and Group GAAP
• Monitor financial transactions reconciliations and classifications to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with SSC and local finance teams on payments settlements and intercompany transactions
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with governance standards
• Deliver timely financial reporting to HQ auditors and regional leadership
• Stay up to date on tax accounting and banking regulation changes and advise management accordingly
• Support the direct manager in ensuring smooth regional financial operations

What makes you a strong fit

• 4 years of experience in accounting taxation and/or treasury in a multinational environment
• Strong understanding of both accounting and treasury processes
• Experience working across multiple legal entities or countries
• Ability to manage complex financial topics with autonomy and structure
• Detail-oriented reliable and comfortable working with deadlines and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional and international settings
