We are seeking a Counter Sales and Warehouse Associateto join ourOperations teamin ourMoncton office. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse functions including receiving packing picking and shipping orders while maintaining a clean organized and safe work environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently ensuring items are correct and ready for shipment.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pick-up coordinating timelines as required.
• Label and organize products systematically to support efficient storage and retrieval.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures contributing to a safe and compliant workplace.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for counter sales inquiries including walk-in phone and email requests ensuring prompt knowledgeable and professional service.
• Manage and prioritize multiple counter transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy organization and customer satisfaction.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

• A high-school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution centre environment including the use of WMS software and RF scanners
• Exceptional customer service skills with prior experience in a sales/customerservice-basedenvironment.
• A valid forklift license and previous experience with a forklift
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• The ability to bend lift crouch kneel and lift up to 75lbs
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
