Who You Are

We are seeking an Account Executive - Title Insurance to drive growth across Riverside County. This is a field-based relationship-driven sales role focused on building and expanding partnerships with real estate agents brokers and lenders to generate title orders.

Youll be responsible for developing new business maintaining strong client relationships and positioning HomeLight as a trusted title partner in a highly competitive market.

What Youll Do

  • Build and manage aportfolio of real estate agents brokers and lendersto drive title orders
  • Proactively generate new business throughprospecting networking and local market engagement
  • Develop and execute aterritory planto maximize market coverage and sales volume
  • Identify client needs and position HomeLightstitle solutionsto support their business
  • Maintain strong visibility in the market by attendingindustry events open houses and community functions
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to agents and partners on HomeLights offerings
  • Partner closely with internal teams (operations marketing escrow partners) to ensure aseamless client experience
  • Collaborate onlocal marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts
  • Stay informed onmarket trends competitors and opportunitieswithin Southern California

What Were Looking For

  • 25 years of experience intitle sales real estate or mortgage/lending
  • Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales goalsin a relationship-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of theSouthern California real estate market(preferred)
  • Experience working in atitle-focused role (vs escrow-heavy) is highly preferre

The base salary for this role is$60000 $60000 plus commission. On-target earnings (OTE) are expected to range from$120000 $200000 with uncapped earnings may vary based on individual performance and compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in California Colorado New York and Washington.
