Profile:Floor Master-Garments-Surat-3.6 LPA

Experience:

5 to 6 years
Must be from:
- Menswear garment manufacturing unit

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

Supervise daily production activities on the floor
Manage and handle tailors & floor staff
Ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency
Monitor quality of garments during production
Coordinate between management and production team
Maintain production data and reports in Excel
Ensure timely completion of production targets

Qualification:Not mandatory (experience-based role)
