QC executive Ladies Wear Garments

The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that ladies wear garments meet company and buyer quality standards through in-line end-line and final inspections. The role involves monitoring production quality identifying defects and coordinating corrective actions to achieve quality objectives.

• Conduct in-line end-line and final garment inspections.
  
• Monitor garment quality throughout the production process.
  
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  
• Verify measurements workmanship appearance and packing quality.
  
• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and specifications.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to reduce defects and rework.
  
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain records.
  
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  
• Support quality audits and buyer inspections.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
  

• Strong knowledge of ladies wear garment quality standards.
  
• Knowledge of AQL inspection procedures.
  
• Understanding of garment construction measurements and workmanship.
  
• Ability to identify sewing finishing and packing defects.
  
• Proficiency in quality reporting and documentation.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
