Course Description:

Une introduction au conseil en gestion en mettant laccent sur le processus de conseil en cinq phases. Une compréhension de la manière détablir des relations avec les clients et dentreprendre des consultations avec les parties nombreux exemples et études de cas illustrant le processus de conseil. Une vue densemble de lindustrie du conseil y compris le titre de Conseiller en management certifié (CMC). Un examen des trois types de structures de sociétés de conseil et de leurs modèles dentreprise. Le cours intègre la pensée critique et les compétences analytiques et prépare les étudiants et étudiantes à entreprendre de futurs projets de conseil et une carrière dans le service-conseil en gestion.

Requirements:

Être titulaire dun MBA ou dune maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent et détenir le titre de conseillère agrée ou conseiller agréé en gestion (CMC). Avoir au moins 10ans dexpérience en consultation ou 5ans si la personne candidate démontre clairement une expérience dans des responsabilités en gestion et en leadership et dune progression de carrière. Doit posséder une connaissance et une expérience approfondies des initiatives universitaires en matière de consultation: association étudiante en conseil concentration universitaire en services-conseils en gestion projets de consultation aux études supérieures et autres activités de consultation externes. Maîtriser le français tant à loral quà lécrit. Avoir lexpérience de lencadrement ou de lenseignement universitaire.
