At CFA Institute were looking for aProcurement Operations Coordinatorto play a key role in enhancing how our procurement function operatesbringing together data systems and stakeholder collaboration to deliver greater efficiency transparency and value across the organization.

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports providing insights on spend performance and process efficiency

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends risks and opportunities for continuous improvement

• Support the optimization of procurement processes helping to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness

• Partner with Procurement Finance and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness

• Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related queries offering guidance on processes policies and tools

• Support vendor performance tracking and reporting contributing to data-driven supplier management

• Assist with system enhancements testing and user adoption of procurement tools and platforms

• Enable better decision-making by translating complex data into clear actionable insights

What Were Looking For

• Experience in procurement operations finance data analysis or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

• Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g. pivot tables complex formulas data transformation) and/or experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Understanding of reporting KPIs dashboards and data validation practices

• Familiarity with procurement or financial systems (e.g. P2P S2P ERP or CLM platforms) is advantageous

• Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams

• A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Adaptable and curious with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Data Analytics Supply Chain or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
