What will you be doing in your role

Leadership Management and Accountability (LMA)

  • Lead and manage direct reports within the region.
  • Effectively manage cross-department relationships throughâstrong communication collaboration and partnership development.

Regional Program Service Team

  • Manage regional program service team ensuring utilization of CCFWs training and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to expand agency programs as funding and need permits.
  • Hold team accountable for program metrics and reporting.
  • Ensure client activities are appropriately documented.

Develop and CultivatePartnership Opportunities

  • Cultivate current community partnerships to elevate CCFWs presence within region.
  • Identifyand execute strategies to develop new partnerships to grow and strengthen agency operations.
  • Actively engage in community meetings and convenings to build knowledge of regional needs.
  • Explore partnership opportunities with area businesses.
  • Facilitate Advisory Board engagement and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings.
  • Implement and manage initiatives that strengthen Catholic Charities partnership with parishes and diocesan ministries ensuring coordinated efforts that advanceâCCFWsâmission.

Parish Relations Management

  • Ownâstrong cultivatedâcollaborative relationships with pastors parishâstaffâand lay leaders.â
  • Create cultivation plans for highly engaged parishes toâmaintainâengagement.
  • Develop and own strategies to increase and strengthen relationships with diocesan parishes and key diocesan ministries.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to enhance service delivery to parishes and parish communities.
  • Serve as theâcentral pointâof contact into CCFW for pastors parish staff and lay leaders.
  • Complete required documentation toâmaintainâaccurateârecord of parish activity touchpoints and development opportunities.

Regional Fundraising

  • Develop and implement cultivation plans for diocesan parishes within region ensuring strong collaborations and partnership.
  • Implement strategies to engage individuals foundations and businesses in CCFWs poverty-ending work.
  • Work jointly with Advancement to ensure regional events and marketing efforts align with brand and event standards.
  • Solicit individual and business gifts to support regional growth and operations.
  • Support CCFW Weekend strategy with regional diocesan parishes.

Are you the next Denton Area Regional Director

  • Bachelors degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • 3âto 5âyears experience leading a team preferred.
  • Strong communicator who can build excitement and encourage follow through.
  • Experience working withâand developingâcollaborative partnerships.
  • Experience working with marginalized populations.
  • Prior fundraising experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to interact with a range of stakeholders.
  • Travel throughout regionalarearequired.

  • Full-Time salaried position. Pay is determined by relevant experience work history education and internal equities.
